"Big mind - big heart" at the Landguet retreat center. Zen meditation in connection with the so-called Bigmind process, in which we work in the group with inner voices that have a healing effect on the psyche and also promote the meditation process.

Directed by Marcel Steiner, assisted by Claudia Suter.

Sesshin with approx. 7 hours of Zen meditation (zazen) practice daily, whereby the individual meditation times are spread throughout the day with interruptions. It is possible to skip individual units (for those whose age or body makes it too much). The daily program includes a lecture (Teisho), individual discussions, as well as half an hour of housework (Samu) to practice the Zen attitude for everyday life.
