Sesshin with approx. 7 hours of Zen meditation (zazen) practice daily, whereby the individual meditation times are spread throughout the day with interruptions. It is possible to skip individual units (for those whose age or body makes it too much). The daily program includes a lecture (Teisho), individual discussions, as well as half an hour of housework (Samu) to practice the Zen attitude for everyday life.

Course fee: CHF 400 (recommended by Dana). Plus accommodation costs: between CHF 600 and CHF 800, depending on the room category (single room, double room or twin room).
