“Big mind – big heart” at the Landguet retreat center. Zen meditation in connection with the so-called Bigmind process, in which we work in the group with inner voices that have a healing effect on the psyche and also promote the meditation process.

Directed by Marcel Steiner, assisted by Claudia Suter.

New: June 25 or 26-28

Sesshin with approx. 7 hours of Zen meditation (zazen) practice daily, whereby the individual meditation times are spread throughout the day with interruptions. It is possible to skip individual units (for those whose age or body makes it too much). The daily program includes a lecture (Teisho), individual discussions, as well as half an hour of housework (Samu) to practice the Zen attitude for everyday life.

Costs single room: approx. CHF 800.-, double room: approx. CHF 700.-, shared room: approx. CHF 600.-

Fasting week in Flüeli Ranft with Lucia Sidler (fasting leader, hiking, yoga) together with Marcel Steiner (Zen teacher of meditation)

Costs: Course fee CHF 600 plus accommodation costs, which vary between CHF 850 and CHF 1000 depending on the room category (including meals).
