Courses in Switzerland
We’ve found special and inspiring locations for our courses in Switzerland. These include the beautifully situated Ried Estate near Bern, the powerful and nature-oriented Karuna Haus in Toggenburg, the spiritually oriented Ranft Center in Flüeli-Ranft, and the atmospheric seminar house “Zum Goldenen Hirschen” in Rigi Klösterli.

Big Mind – Big Heart
"Big Mind — Big Heart" at the Landguet Ried Retreat Center. Zen meditation combined with the so-called Big Mind process, in which we work as a group with inner voices that have a healing effect on the psyche and also enhance the meditation process.

In the "Zen, Yoga, and Energy Work" program at the Landgut Ried Retreat Center, in addition to sitting in silence and doing simple yoga exercises, we focus on working with what is known as “Life Alignment.”
